Will I need to download anything to participate in the course? In order to view and hear online courses, we suggest that you perform a “system check” of your computer using the link under “quick links”.
How do I listen to the course? You will listen to the audio portion of this event through your computer speakers using streaming audio.

How many times can I view the course I purchased? There is no limit to the number of times you can view a purchased course. Additionally, presentation handouts are included and are downloadable for later viewing.
How do I attend a live course? On the scheduled date and time, log onto the web site to view the presentation online. The audio portion of the program is available through either the phone or streaming audio. Instructions for accessing courses will be sent via email prior to the event.
